Checking card updates

Check when a saved card was last refreshed by Account Updater.

Prerequisites

• You can sign in to the Merchant Portal.

• You have access to Virtual Terminal for the merchant.

• The customer has a saved card in the vault.

Check card updates in the Merchant Portal

1. Open Virtual Terminal.

2. Select the Terminal ID.

3. Open the customer's Profile.

4. Review Last Update.

5. Confirm the most recent refresh timestamp.
