# Checking card updates

Check when a saved card was last refreshed by Account Updater.

### Prerequisites

* You can sign in to the Merchant Portal.
* You have access to **Virtual Terminal** for the merchant.
* The customer has a saved card in the vault.

### Check card updates in the Merchant Portal

1. Open **Virtual Terminal**.
2. Select the **Terminal ID**.
3. Open the customer's **Profile**.
4. Review **Last Update**.
5. Confirm the most recent refresh timestamp.
