Void a Transaction

To void a transaction:

Go to Virtual Terminal > Transaction Search.

Click the Void button in the first column of the table for a transaction on the Transaction Search page.

The Void a Transaction page opens.

Click the Process Void Now button.

When a transaction is voided, the Transaction Search page will display Voided, and the Void button will be removed.
