Accessing reports

To access reports, go to the Reports tab, view available options, search and select the required report to view details and analytics.

Retrieving reports

Reports page allows you to retrieve reports at different levels of business focus. Reports can be generated and retrieved for an entire portfolio, segments of the portfolio, or for individual merchants, allowing users to zoom in on specific areas for detailed insights. This flexibility helps partners to target their reporting according to their needs, whether for high-level overviews or granular merchant-specific data.

Downloading reports

Users can download reports in multiple formats, including .xlsx and .csv, for offline analysis and sharing with stakeholders.
