Submitting a support ticket

Use Support Ticketing to submit requests in a consistent format. Tickets are routed to the right Support queue for faster handling.

Support ticketing

Support tickets help you get answers and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Easy access

    • Open Support tab in the Partner Portal.

  • Dynamic request form

    • Pick a request type.

    • The form updates to collect the right details.

  • Automated workflow

    • Your request is routed to the appropriate Support team.

You need to

  • Select best-matching request type and issue description.

  • Clear context on what happened and what you need.

  • Any required files or screenshots, if applicable.

Submitting ticket

  1. Sign in to the Partner Portal.

  2. Select Support.

  3. Select the option that best matches your request.

  4. Enter the required details.

  5. Attach files if the form requests them.

  6. Review and submit.

Once you submit

  • You’ll see a confirmation message.

  • You’ll receive a no-reply email with next steps.

  • The email includes a case number for follow-ups.
