Prerequisites

Before using Hosted Merchant Onboarding, complete the initial account setup and integration steps.

1. Request Sandbox Access

Submit a request to access the sandbox environment for testing. After approval, you receive:

• An Access Key

• One or more Hierarchy Node Keys to identify your merchant portfolio

Sandbox and Production environments use different access credentials.

2. Configure Integration Settings

Collaborate with Xplor Pay representative to configure any required default settings for your integration.

3. Provide Webhook URLs

Provide key URLs to receive status updates during the merchant onboarding process.
